ADHD Intensives · Wisconsin

One Focused Day. One Real Plan.

ARO Therapy LLC offers ADHD intensives for kids, teens, and families across Wisconsin via telehealth — one-time, structured sessions that end with a written plan, not a homework assignment.

Your kid has a diagnosis. You've read the books. You've tried the systems. And every school year still ends the same way. An intensive isn't more therapy — it's a different kind of help. One day. One plan. Something you can actually use.

Choose Your Intensive

Three formats. One clinician. All focused on building something that actually works for your family's nervous system.

Most Comprehensive

The Deep Dive

Full-Day ADHD Intensive
$850Full Day · 6–7 Hours

"One focused day to build the system your kid has been missing all year."

Designed for families heading into a new school year — or finally ready to stop patching and start building. The Deep Dive is a comprehensive, structured day with Alisha that maps your child's nervous system, identifies what's actually breaking down (not just what looks like it), and builds a real plan your family can use.

Book The Deep Dive

What You Get

  • Pre-intensive intake and parent questionnaire
  • Full-day session with Alisha (child + parent components)
  • Nervous system and sensory profile review
  • School accommodation strategy and IEP/504 language
  • Home routine and transition system design
  • Written summary and action plan delivered within 5 business days
  • 30-minute follow-up call (2 weeks post-intensive)

Is This You?

  • Your kid has a diagnosis but no one has ever explained what to actually do with it
  • Every school year starts with hope and ends in crisis
  • You've tried every system and nothing sticks
  • You need someone to look at the whole picture, not just one symptom

Common Questions

Who is The Deep Dive for?

Children and teens (ages 5–17) with ADHD, autism, or neurodivergent profiles. Parents are active participants — this is a family system intervention, not just a child assessment.

Is this covered by insurance?

ARO Therapy LLC is private pay only. We do not bill insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

The Reset

Half-Day ADHD Intensive
$550Half Day · 3–4 Hours

"Something broke down. Let's figure out what and fix it."

When a specific system has collapsed — school refusal, meltdowns, a medication change, a big transition — The Reset is a focused half-day to diagnose the breakdown and rebuild. Not a therapy session. Not an evaluation. A working session with a plan at the end.

Book The Reset

What You Get

  • Pre-intensive intake focused on the presenting breakdown
  • Half-day session with Alisha (child + parent components)
  • Root cause analysis of the current crisis
  • Targeted intervention plan for the specific breakdown
  • Written summary and action steps delivered within 3 business days

Is This You?

  • Something specific stopped working and you need to know why
  • You're in the middle of a transition (new school, new sibling, puberty) and it's derailing everything
  • Your kid's therapist or teacher is stumped and you need a second perspective
  • You want focused help, not a full overhaul

Common Questions

How is The Reset different from a therapy session?

A therapy session is ongoing relationship-based work. The Reset is a one-time, structured intervention focused on a specific breakdown — you leave with a written plan, not a homework assignment.

Can I book The Reset if we've never worked with Alisha before?

Yes. The Reset is designed to be a standalone service. A brief intake call is included to make sure it's the right fit before you book.

The Foundation

Half-Day New Diagnosis Intensive
$550Half Day · 3–4 Hours

"You just got the diagnosis. Now what?"

For families who just received an ADHD or neurodivergent diagnosis and have no idea where to start. The Foundation is a half-day session that translates the evaluation report into plain language, helps you understand what your child's brain actually needs, and gives you a concrete starting point — so you're not Googling at midnight.

Book The Foundation

What You Get

  • Pre-intensive review of existing evaluation or diagnostic report
  • Half-day session with Alisha (parent-focused with child check-in)
  • Plain-language explanation of the diagnosis and what it means day-to-day
  • Priority list: what to address first and why
  • School next steps and accommodation starting point
  • Written summary and resource list delivered within 3 business days

Is This You?

  • You just got a diagnosis report and it's 40 pages of jargon
  • You don't know what to tell the school, the grandparents, or your kid
  • You want to understand your child's brain before you start any interventions
  • You need a starting point, not a full treatment plan

Common Questions

Do I need an existing diagnosis to book The Foundation?

Yes — The Foundation is designed for families who have a recent evaluation or diagnosis in hand. If you're still in the process of getting evaluated, The Reset or individual therapy may be a better starting point.

What age range is The Foundation for?

The Foundation is best suited for children ages 5–14. For teens 15+ or adults, the individual therapy intake is often a better fit.

Not Sure Which One?

Book a free 20-minute consultation call and Alisha will help you figure out which intensive — or whether individual therapy or a membership — is actually the right fit for your family right now.
