ARO Therapy LLC offers ADHD intensives for kids, teens, and families across Wisconsin via telehealth — one-time, structured sessions that end with a written plan, not a homework assignment.
Your kid has a diagnosis. You've read the books. You've tried the systems. And every school year still ends the same way. An intensive isn't more therapy — it's a different kind of help. One day. One plan. Something you can actually use.

Three formats. One clinician. All focused on building something that actually works for your family's nervous system.
"One focused day to build the system your kid has been missing all year."
Designed for families heading into a new school year — or finally ready to stop patching and start building. The Deep Dive is a comprehensive, structured day with Alisha that maps your child's nervous system, identifies what's actually breaking down (not just what looks like it), and builds a real plan your family can use.

Common Questions
Who is The Deep Dive for?
Children and teens (ages 5–17) with ADHD, autism, or neurodivergent profiles. Parents are active participants — this is a family system intervention, not just a child assessment.
Is this covered by insurance?
ARO Therapy LLC is private pay only. We do not bill insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
"Something broke down. Let's figure out what and fix it."
When a specific system has collapsed — school refusal, meltdowns, a medication change, a big transition — The Reset is a focused half-day to diagnose the breakdown and rebuild. Not a therapy session. Not an evaluation. A working session with a plan at the end.

Common Questions
How is The Reset different from a therapy session?
A therapy session is ongoing relationship-based work. The Reset is a one-time, structured intervention focused on a specific breakdown — you leave with a written plan, not a homework assignment.
Can I book The Reset if we've never worked with Alisha before?
Yes. The Reset is designed to be a standalone service. A brief intake call is included to make sure it's the right fit before you book.
"You just got the diagnosis. Now what?"
For families who just received an ADHD or neurodivergent diagnosis and have no idea where to start. The Foundation is a half-day session that translates the evaluation report into plain language, helps you understand what your child's brain actually needs, and gives you a concrete starting point — so you're not Googling at midnight.

Common Questions
Do I need an existing diagnosis to book The Foundation?
Yes — The Foundation is designed for families who have a recent evaluation or diagnosis in hand. If you're still in the process of getting evaluated, The Reset or individual therapy may be a better starting point.
What age range is The Foundation for?
The Foundation is best suited for children ages 5–14. For teens 15+ or adults, the individual therapy intake is often a better fit.
Book a free 20-minute consultation call and Alisha will help you figure out which intensive — or whether individual therapy or a membership — is actually the right fit for your family right now.
