Is this covered by insurance?
ARO Therapy LLC is private pay only and does not bill insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice — no contracts, no penalties.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?
Yes. You can change tiers at any time with 30 days notice. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is The Full House the same as weekly therapy?
The Full House includes weekly individual therapy sessions, but it also includes everything else — group support, messaging, document review, IEP advocacy, and crisis access. It's a comprehensive family support system, not just a therapy subscription.
